Trying to bring ballet back into a more intuitive sense of movement, my classes focus highly on musicality, body awareness, intentions and emotions. While still training pure ballet technique, through imagery, physical and emotional cues, everyone will be shown how to improve their own experience with their individual aspirations and present physical abilities.
